While PECO uses reasonable efforts to obtain information from reliable sources, the Company makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information or document contained on the website obtained outside of the Company. The Company undertakes no obligation to update publicly or revise any information herein, whether as a result of new information, future developments or otherwise. Opinions and any other contents on the website are subject to change without notice. Certain links, including links to operating company websites, may be provided on this website. PECO collects “Non-Identifiable Information” and “Identifiable Information.” Non-Identifiable Information includes information that cannot be used to identify you or your company, such as anonymous usage data, general customer-related, demographic information PECO may collect concerning the use of our services, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Identifiable Information includes your or your company’s email, contact information, username and password, which you submit to PECO through the registration process or through your use of the Services.
To activate the Service, you do not need to submit any Identifiable Information other than your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you do need to submit further Identifiable Information, which may include your company and a personal username and password. However, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, PECO tracks information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not identify you. PECO tracks this information using “cookies”, which are small text files that include an anonymous unique identifier. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, PECO does not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes, your Identifiable Information with third parties without your consent. PECO does share Identifiable Information with vendors who are providing services for the Company. These vendors use your Identifiable Information only at PECO’s direction and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
In general, Identifiable Information you provide PECO is used to help communicate with you. For example, PECO uses Identifiable Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback, provide technical support, inform users about promotional offers, provide services which you have requested, and provide customer service support.
PECO may share Identifiable Information when sharing such information is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or other’s rights, property, or safety.
PECO limits the retention of personal data to a proportionate period during which the personal data is needed to accomplish those purposes for processing the data. When determining the length of time to retain your personal data PECO considers various criteria, including whether the information is needed to continue to provide you with services, resolve a dispute, enforce contractual agreements, prevent harm, promote safety, security, and integrity, or protect PECO’s rights, property, or products.
In general, PECO uses Non-Identifiable Information to help improve the Service and customize the user experience. PECO also aggregates Non-Identifiable Information to track trends such as the use of our services. This Privacy Policy does not limit PECO’s use or disclosure of Non-Identifiable Information, and PECO reserves the right to use and disclose such information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties who may require such information for commercial or other purposes.
In the event PECO undergoes a business transformation such as a merger, acquisition by another company, sale of all or a portion of our assets, bankruptcy or reorganization proceedings, your Identifiable Information may be among the assets transferred. Your account is protected by an account password, and PECO urges you to take steps to keep your Identifiable information safe by not disclosing your password, and by logging out of your account after each use. When a promotional communication is sent to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the “unsubscribe” instructions provided in each promotional e-mail. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate by either unsubscribing or opting out, PECO may continue to send you administrative emails including, but not limited to, periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.
You may request that PECO provide you with a copy of the Identifiable Information that has been collected on you or your company. Additionally, you may also request that inaccurate information be corrected or that PECO delete any such information. These requests can be sent to the “Contact Us” email address provided below.
Your rights described in this Privacy Policy are applicable only if you reside in a jurisdiction where the provision of such rights is required by the data protection and privacy laws of the governing regulatory authority, as outlined further below. These rights may be limited and subject to further legal requirements.

Neither PECO’s Site nor the services offered to customers are designed for, or directed at, anyone under the age of 16. PECO does not knowingly collect Identifiable Information from anyone under the age of 16. If anyone becomes aware that PECO has collected such information from anyone under the age of 16, PECO requests that you immediately notify us at the contact information provided below so that PECO can take necessary action.
As part of the Service, PECO may provide links to, or compatibility with other websites or applications. However, PECO is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by PECO through the Site and the Service.
